The children all sampled a variety of French foods in our typical French café and played the traditional game of pétanque outside on the field. They learned how to play French cricket with Mr Fowlie and Miss Welsh taught KS2 children all about French artists. In Miss Powell’s class, the children were set a challenge to build the highest Eiffel Tower. The tallest was 66cm!
Children in years 1 and 2 made passports to travel to France and Reception children learned numbers with Mrs Bailey. On the whole, everyone had a super day!
