Rights Respecting ambassadors
Our Rights Respecting ambassadors represent the children in their year group, to ensure that the school embodies the principles of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
Each half term, they meet with the staff lead, Mrs Welsh, to organise and lead whole school events that teach our children about their rights.
They regularly lead fundraising activities that support charities locally, nationally and internationally.
They are Global Citizens: They believe in global justice and act to make the world a safer, fairer and more sustainable place. They know their rights and that everyone has rights, and they are working towards a world where everyone gets their rights.
