Across the school this week, children have been learning about how to eat well, relax and exercise in order to maintain a healthy body and mind. From making fruit kebabs to learning yoga, we've all enjoyed the new experiences and have ended the week knowing new ways to make small but healthy changes to our lives.
Well done to our Food for Life Champions for assisting Mrs Scott, Miss Brown and Mrs Probert in organising this wonderful week.
Special thanks also to Jules (and Frankie the chicken) from Packington Farm. Her presentation on food and farming was excellent.
