EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Easter Assembly
It was wonderful to welcome so many parents and carers into school for our EYFS/KS1 and KS2 Easter Assemblies.
Children from across the school helped us celebrate Easter by sharing a fantastic range of poems, songs, artwork and prayers. It was a lovely opportunity to come together and reflect on the Easter story and its messages of hope, kindness and new beginnings.
Our School Mayor did a brilliant job leading the assemblies and introducing the children’s contributions. Throughout the celebrations, we were also able to reflect on our Walsall Wood values of Community, Respect, Equity, Ambition, Trust and Empathy, many of which could be seen through the messages the children shared.
Thank you to all of our parents and carers who were able to join us. It was another special occasion that demonstrated the strength of our school Community and what it means to keep Moving Forward Together Hand in Hand.
